PAVEMENT is a casework program designed to assist disengaged young people and reduce their risk of mental health challenges and homelessness. Pavement uses project based learning and a variety of strategies including mentoring, personal interest projects, as well as engagement with external community service providers to reconnect young people with school, family and the broader community.
